so were just going to ignore the benefits and power it gives back to creatives who’ve been at the whim of capitalists for eternity

that tweet basically says we shouldn’t adopt things because capitalists are doing capitalist things in a capitalist system like wtf do you expect

the benefit I like about it the most is that the creators will always receive a percentage whenever it’s resold

other than that I don’t like the idea of art just being traded like that cause of its arbitrary authenticity value for owning its blockchain

Artists deserve to be paid fairly and respectfully and the big labels keep f***in em over smh but for some reason we can’t appreciate art for the gift it is without creating a marketplace for every little thing
