if litecoin is the silver to bitcoins gold, then statistically speaking, within a 5-10 year maturity period, litecoin has to be at minimum 10% of Bitcoin market cap, similar to how silver is 10% of golds market cap today.
10 years down the line 1 Bitcoin = 1,000,000 then statistically 1 litecoin = 100,000

You need a Fiat OFF Ramp.
Do you have Binance in Canada? You need to get your coins to an exchange where you can offload it to fiat.

I would convert to stable coin. Send to an exchange you can convert to your currency and offload,. Process may take a couple weeks with KYC.
