I think its half hype half people dont have anything else to put their money in since stocks overpriced and bonds useless, I can see it sustain the price if interest rates stay hella low but not something I expect to increase during recovery

yeah it's mostly looking at macro trends and when things start going down they can spiral down out of nowhere but usually crypto crashes happen when the dollar index spikes up huge

I have been investing in crypto since 2014 and I'm up 266x honestly can't waste my moneys time in stocks outside the 3% I do to my 401k

TBH if you're in the long game, it might be better for you to just turn on reoccurring buys so you dont drive yourself insane trying to catch a low
