After getting dropped he was serious enough to get signed by Republic in 2015
Made a hit record with Rita Ora "New York Raining" in 2016
and is currently serious enough to drop his classic 2011 mixtape on streaming Jan 22nd (Autumn Harvest) - Jan 19, 2022

mentalcase420to the big CH fans in here what are your thoughts on Shaleik going off on facebook recently about CH basically wasting his talents making bad music and that ppl need to quit hyping up this "not good music" and that he should get back to writing again...I mean I think CH should do what makes him happy but at the same time I have to agree I miss that old Charles that actually had good mixing and sounded coherent whereas a lot of his stuff now if it's even listenable sounds like rambling freestyles rather than well thought out and put together songs
I'd say that I always keep in mind that Charles' music is an absolute, raw, unfiltered extension of himself, and that as a listener other than him, I can't get upset if his sound isn't tailored to what I personally enjoy. He told us how much music is a part of his life on "Music (Intro)", it's literally in his veins and it'd be a waste of everyone's time to try to convince him to make a certain sound.
