It does affect me because it gives power to something that is detrimental and in that does the opposite of what it’s supposed to do. I dislike propaganda and disinformation even if it’s not aimed at me, I don’t like to see my fellow humans lose and be misled
well honestly is it really misinformation? i find with the whole anti no fap crowd, y'all just kinda treat it all like it's one big movement that has a general ethos or something. there are some people who's agenda is maybe right leaning or conservative, but honestly like most movements, it's multifaceted and some people just kind of want to help other people feel better about themselves. you can't treat the whole thing like it's bad because that in itself is misinformation. the thing i don't like about all y'all s***positive types is you tend to act like any attempt to take control over our lives is us being prudish or anti s***like it somehow affects all of y'all. it doesn't... sometimes people just wanna do their own thing and when y'all discourage it, it's not necessarily helpful either. again, let people be themselves... do their own thing. sexuality is a spectrum and fapping isn't ideal for everyone.

People are saying it chances your life etc etc it honestly only does if you’re wayyyh far gone is all I’m saying. You might notice slight improvements in other cases but that’s all. I don’t like movements that offer the idea of a panacea because in my life experience I know that when people are offered a false panacea they tend to fall deeper in pitfalls when it doesn’t or stops working. That’s why I dislike litote and overstatements equally.
