Also, I said that I hadn't been keeping up with the Drake stats for a long time and that's true, I've made like 10 posts in the chart thread in the last 12 months. Decided to check up on them and saw some interesting achievements.

My point is that Drake Stans are not merely “interested in the charts” they have been looking to them as something that absolutely dictated who the best is, and not in a humble manner. You know this. All kenfolk are doing is weaponizing the same exact factor against them. It’s a “here’s a taste of your own medicine” kinda thing. Hope this helps

When I say 'they' I'm talking about the users who used to harass me and some others for talking about charts in the chart thread back when it was created. Not directed at anyone else. I don't mind people who suddenly became interested in following them because their fave is doing well. That's how it usually goes

There's a thousand registered users on this site and of the hundred or so Drake stans it's really only the same 10-15 that talk about charts. They really don't give af if you polled the majority for their opinion. You're letting a vocal minority represent the entire group for you

Deep down they always cared. Same way the grammys mattered until Kendrick lost to Macklamore. Then they didn't matter until he won again. Just like Kendrick a lot of his fans are hypocritical. Making fun of Baka then dapping up creeps like Dre and Kodak Black. Saying charts don't matter but watching NLU on Apple for 4 months straight. It's funny and sad at the same time

I am a person who is genuinely interesting in the charts and sales but dont choose my favorite artist based on how well they sell

Quality and sales are two different convos and I enjoy both conversations genuinely

outsold, outimpacted, and outcharted midsteppers

If Drake stans started posting espn stats the threads would be moved and/or locked so fast.
