Set your central air conditioning to recirculate, absolutely close every single door and window. If needed, WET rags, towels, etc on the edges of the windows and doors in the room.
If you have a HEPA purifier, run it.IF you have boxfans AND AC filters, tape them together so that its on the side thats pulling the air in and run 1 or 2 in the room youre in to maximize air purity in the room. Higher leveled filters would be best.
Wet the lawn, backyard/frontyard to avoid the dust kicking up potentially closer to the inside of your place.
N95 Mask in case as well as sunglasses/etc.
Turn re-oscilate on in the car.
Do not vape, smoke, use the oven, vacuum, candles, cleaners, anything to add extra s*** in the air rn.
good luck to all my peeps out there just avoid going outside in general tbh, try to weather it inside. some of the s*** outside is very harmful. take it serious
