I’m not presupposing whether any of the countries mentioned were in a condition that is at the level an average American is accustomed to prior to US “interference”. But the argument could very easily been made that these countries were worlds better before any US intervention.

I can admire it for the art direction but I didnt take anything else from this other then the fact that Beyonce created an insulated world that revolves around her and people very much celebrate and wish to be a part of it.

This is why socialist countries are doomed from the start, US or not.

Selling a product is capitalism and therefore should be chided? No, it’s how economies have operated for a very long time, and is more inherent to human nature than alternatives like socialism.
‘Capitalism’ is now just a bogeyman word to mean Big and Bad. In reality it’s an abstract process that has concrete manifestations but is entrenched in human cooperation, and has enabled countries to prosper outside of dirigism.
