Just hit a goal of 5 months with no p***. As I got closer to this goal, I realized that checking off the days and getting to 5 months is a reward, the real goal for me is tending to those little things in my day that make me happy. There's some areas in my life that I still need to improve, but these are the areas I focused on last month.
Fitness: As soon as I started working out I stopped watching p*** so instead of counting the days since I've watched p*** I like to count the days I've been on this workout plan. Last month I focused on scheduling time to run outside a lot more. I still need to improve my scheduling greatly though.
History: I've been into going out and looking at buildings with history, learning more about it, and adding to my knowledge of my city. If you don't like architecture research new food spots and make their recipes at home, antiques, or finding vintage clothing and dating it. Be curious about the world around you
Fear: I've been thinking about how I often find myself being just like the people I hate. I feel like the answer to that is fear. When I'm scared to start something or become scared when doing something I'll do anything to distract myself from my fear. Lately I've just been trying to gun it though because I have no enemies and no expectations on how hard or easy something is.
