KabelIt's been a while for me now. I played it to 100% like you and haven't touched it since.
I still think it's Mario's best physics ever. He's so smooth. I was a little disappointed in some of the moons but overall it was still fun as heck Plus Mario's costumes were cute af.
At this point I'm sure we're getting Odyssey 2 hopefully
Odyssey 2 has to be on the way. Odyssey was a perfect game for DLC but had none other than balloons

I had trouble with the spider boss so I looked up how to farm money and then did so and then bought more healing items and finally beat it.
But every boss takes longer than it should on pacifist runs since you own have 20 health
