The original Switch still costs the equivalent of 450 USD here in Sweden Feels like American customers are the only ones actually getting the Switch for the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Rest of us are paying at least 100 dollars more.

Close to $500 USD is pretty nutty for nintendo console on release if this rumor is true. Will be interesting to see how they present it to justify the cost.
