maxxingI wouldn’t be surprised if they have 2 or 3 big releases around that time, especially if switch pro is dropping in late 2021 like Bloomberg reported
if the chip shortage delays switch pro to 2022 then you’re probably right, it’ll just be Pokémon
Bloomberg is reporting that, according to “people familiar with the plan” that they spoke to, Nintendo is planning to unveil a new Switch model later this year. The model is reportedly going to have a bigger Samsung OLED display, and Nintendo is hoping that this larger touch screen can “prop up demand in time for the holidays”.

Both Bloomberg and nikkei reported the same thing and they're very reputable when it comes to Nintendo, probably more than anybody that isnt Nintendo. That's why i have faith the pro will release the pro this year, although its strange how sure they are given the situation we're in
