there'a also way more to it, special moments like surfing Pikachu or balloon Jigglypuff, secret hidden Pokemon, evolutions, and secret areas with even more hidden Pokemon
plus the first game had Mew as the boss fight at the end which was actually really fun

@Undun Also, you have certain moves/items that you can use in various ways to interact with the environment and bring out certain Pokémon or cause various reactions that may lead to (for example) a unique Pokémon showing itself or even evolving right in front of you.

Anyone got some game recs? I haven't picked anything up for my Switch in awhile. I've played botw, odyssey, smash, links awakening, Hades, and some other games. Was thinking about getting bayonetta

Bayonetta is an action heavy game but its one of the best ever so if you're into that genre you're in for a treat, and with bayo 3 releasing soonish its the perfect time to get into the series
Botw ost is amazing and its so dinamic, i'll never get the hate for it. Hope the composer works on the sequel too, she's extremely talented and she did a fantastic job

its the stingy use of the music.
I don’t think people hate it man, they just wanted more.

People's main complaint about dragon quest xi is the bombastic orchestra that would play in the game's overworld would get annoying really quick, especially since the overworld in dragon quest is quite big and when there's grinding involved players would usually spend even more time in the overworld. Having a bombastic hyrule theme play while exploring for 5 hours straight would make you want to mute the game and would also completely ruin the game's sound design. Ambient music was perfect, thematically and gameplay wise, since the world you're in is destroyed. Divine beasts, shrines, hyrule castle, towns and lost woods do have their themes and imo they're great, with some being dynamic making them more interesting (tarrey town and divine beasts themes for example. People complain botw doesnt have many memorable themes but being memorable isnt necessary for a great ost, and even then hyrule castle theme and guardians theme are pretty memorable. People are allowed to criticize the ost but usually their arguments arent convincing

you think when the switch pro gets announce, Nintendo will actually have a selection of colorways to choose from?

Probably not

Doubt it
you think when the switch pro gets announce, Nintendo will actually have a selection of colorways to choose from?
The console probably won’t have multiple colorways like switch lite because of the focus on swapping the different colored joycons to get different looks
the switch pro might come with joy cons that are a new color tho, I’ll bet even an upgraded design that they claim fixes drift
*whether that claim is true, I will have doubts

I think they’ll have a grey joycon version and a new pair color option and that one they’ll promote
Cant wait for E3, used to be the most hype moment of the year for me so i was saddened there was no E3 last year, but this year we're back
