CRASH 4 FOR THE WHOLE CREW
All this xbox and he game pass talk made me fantasize about a sort of game pass from nintendo and the catalog would be all their games from nes to wii

A Game Pass from Nintendo would be unmatched
Nintendo would make so much money but you know how weird Nintendo is with their IP

Their back catalog is so important that i think people who have no interest in nintendo would cop a switch just to get access to that. In general i dont know what they're doing with their back catalog, im sure they'll put gameboy and n64 eventually but who knows what's taking them so long
Giving mh rise another try lol, and this time i feel ive gotten quite better, might be cause im playing dark souls atm so im used to the mechanic gameplay. Went from not interested to might cop at some point

GONNA QUOTE MY MH EXPLANATIONS ONE TIME FOR THIS PAGE FOR THOSE INTERESTED CUZ I KNOW THEY CAN BE KINDA CONFUSING OR DISCOURAGING LOOKING AT THE SURFACE FOR BRAND NEW PLAYERS
MH Rise demo has been updated with a new fight, Magnamalo.
He tough af & the cover art "hero" monster for Rise.
You get 30 tries in total to beat him.
If you are having a hard time, dont trip or be discouraged if you were planning on buying the game. They use demo stats to slightly tune their monsters for the full game too if needed, although not by a whole lot.
Theyre usually slightly more tougher in demos than the main game, & of course you are just thrust into the fight without your own set up & loadouts & youre still not fully accustomed to it as you would from starting in the beginning of the game with low level monsters to the end with high level ones
Rise is an easier "Dark Souls" (still not as hardcore or "obtuse" as DS tho) while Stories 2 is a more "grown up" Pokemon.
Thats the simplest & most generic generalization way to explain them in terms of gameplay & difficulty.
Stories 2 you also get to build a party up to 6 monsters of any of the MH universe monsters available in the game to command like in Pokemon, and its turn based. Its story, characters & quest design are more like classic JRPGs tho unlike Pokemon or regular Monster Hunter.
While Rise is a strategic action rpg that is focused on strictly "boss battles" where you hunt to fight your targeted monster(s) every quest & in the story. Also it has a lot of options & focus for multiplayer, if you want to play in a party up to 4 total players. You can still play it solo tho, like how i do for the most part.
Stories also has a bit more of an anime style while Rise is more realistic mixed with an art style.
Stories is also a spin off while Rise is part of the main series.
To get a real visual on the difference, look up Monster Hunter World (also part of the main series) PS4 & Monster Hunter Stories 1, 3DS gameplay.
And no, you dont need to at all play previous titles to know whats going on in Rise or Stories 2 either. Theyre seperate experiences every title so far, kinda like most of Final Fantasy.
