THIS was the best thing in the Direct. Splatoon 2 is my second favorite game on Switch after Breath of the Wild, so now that they didn't show us Breath of the Wild 2, they gave me Splatoon 3 instead - something I was not expecting at all. Just too bad it's not coming until 2022.

From what I’ve heard there’s a Ninja Gaiden collection which seems dope. I just hope the Ninja Gaiden collection comes out on PC or PS4 as well so I can actually buy it.

i’m excited for:

• fall guys
• mario golf
• splatoon 3

i’m disappointed in:

• no metroid news
• no botw2 news
• no new switch online system
• smash character boring/too safe imo

things im meh about:

• skyward sword hd (doesn’t look that fun to me tbh, but i’ll prolly still buy lol)
• octopath 2

i’d rate the direct 6/10

That Square Enix game was a new IP w/ the same engine as Octopath Traveler. Not a sequel.
