Can someone tell me why I can’t re-download Mario Odyssey? I used to have a Switch a year ago but then I had to sell it

Go to your account on the eshop not the odyssey page you should see a list of your past downloads

Not on Switch. They should be tied to your account. Are you sure you’re using the same account?

Hmm. So you did click the top right account icon on the eshop right? All your downloads should be there on the redownload tab. :/ so either you’re using a different email/account or you should call Nintendo. I’m sure you have an email receipt for odyssey if you bought it digital too.

Yup, I clicked that and it still didn’t show up. And it’s definitely the right account cause it’s the only one I’ve ever created.
