I rarely rant but let me vent a bit: I was feeling confident about the date of their next presentation (7.20.2020), but now that it's announced as a "Partners Showcase" I'm even more agitated than I was when we were completely in the dark. I'd rather stay in the dark than to have a false glimmer of hope be crushed. Partner Showcase sounds like trash to me. A real Direct is way overdue and this is what we get, while other gaming companies and developers are having presentations all throughout the summer? Sony announced a whole doggone console and several big titles for it just a few weeks ago, and Xbox is later this week. I don't care about no measly 10 minutes of previously announced third-party updates Nintendo. I want new announcements and first-party updates.

Would be better for Nintendo to just keep quiet until they have something beefier to show us. In this Partner Showcase there better be some first party tease or announcement of when the next ACTUAL Direct can be expected.

It's the first time they announce a presentation and it makes me worried and pissed instead of excited. Big L. They better turn this one around. Even a 10 second BotW 2 teaser would ease my mind. Give me something today Nintendo
