Smacked VoodooOne reason is since he is Nicki Minaj's husband, by him registering as a s***offender, that means people will be able to easily search their address and stalk her. It also puts a limit on where Nicki can perform at and events she can attend because if dude travels with her he cannot be within a certain distance of places where children are at predominantly.
IE: Nicki said she wasn't gonna attend the VMAs over some bullshit "boycott". Turns out the venue the VMAs was gonna be at, Barclay's Center in Brooklyn, is just a block away from a Chuck E Cheese's and that's most likely the reason as to why she didn't go. Simply because her husband legally wouldn't be able to be at the event
