dotMbasketball courts are smaller and easier to fit..plus its only a 11 man roster with maybe 12 coaches and trainers.
You need a place that has like 6 football fields away from the public and can hold close to about 1000 people for 6 months if they do a whole season in a bubble

1700 players on 53 man rosters across the league, then you add in 16 man practice squads and that's another 500 right there
That's 2200 personnel, just off players. This doesn't take into account coaching staffs, trainers, doctors, refs, select media members, etc.
