OPNov 30, 2020There's variables on why he started to decline. You can blame it on the talent around him and not having a steady roster to get into rhythm with. Not having a 'real' QB coach as he did the previous years. Not making excuses for Wentz and they've did some thing to please him. And maybe the leaks about Wentz is true and he really is like that in the building that can jeopardize himself but that's football and he's the QB so he's going to make demands and what he expects of the rip.

Chief JulioAlso the Davante Adams of today isn't the same Davante Adams from when he first got into the league lol. He didn't start hitting his stride until around Year 3, where as his first two years there were questions as to whether or not he could even play receiver because he couldn't catch a cold lol.
And with our fanbase? He isn't making it to year 3. (JJ is an enigma that somehow is still on the roster. Ironic I said this but it is what it is)

Guy went from a certified bum for his first 2 seasons, to a legitimate NFL-caliber receiver Years 3 and 4, to a top 5 guy the past 3 seasons (which him being top 3 in my eyes this year)
He isn't getting that development in Philadelphia, either in terms of support from the fanbase or actual development by the coaching staff lol

I agree. Every draft pick we wanted might not ever turned out to be who they are now by the way the system is functioning and it's sad that's where we are but they can take the blame for that
