Goes back to when I used to hang with my cousin frequently and he would always watch football (Fan of the Colts or rather watch solely for Peyton Manning at the time) and he was a QB himself in hs and I think college for a short time so I started to watch football as a casual and watch whatever game was on but when we started to play Madden frequently I would always play the Eagles and would say "David Akers" In a sarcastic way of imitating the commentator and I think this was around 2007 and ever since I've just been following them. I always knew about the Eagles before I became a fan of Eagles and NFL but didn't care enough at the time to be invested to become a regular viewer and I was 9 at the time lol
