Nah social conditioning people would still sign up to go.
Hell most people have a general awareness that student loans are s*** these days but colleges are still getting tons of 18 y.os in droves
The big issue is needing an Bachelors degree to get a relevant job, and even then you’re not even guaranteed anything and you still need some other s*** on your resume to boot.
You can learn a ton of college courses online for free, but you still need an degree to check off a section in an ATS filter when you’re applying for jobs. Companies want experience on top of degrees for entry level s***.
F***ing hate that guy
Damn is there at least a thread to link if you don’t wanna say what happened
Did you enjoy the snowfall today
Supposed to get more tonight :)
yes!!!!! going to go take my puppy for a walk in it soon
Not even sure what that means tbh
You want high quality bonds. If interest rates spike, your price will go down. You only want high quality bonds as given there's a chance of default with more risk. High yield bonds behave more like stock and while the extra income is nice, it's gonna hurt more if they default or if interest rates increase.
Your time horizon is too short to take on great risks. Plus with interest rates low, your house purchase will put you in a better situation long term.

That's so cool man, always thought that would be a fire career but I don't trust myself enough with other people's money especially because I didn't go to school for finance
Incredible stuff though glad to see you're doing so well
I studied Economics during the height of the recession and never thought I'd go this direction. I thought the industry would be dead by the time I entered it.
