    journalism for the NFL is not important journalism. if pat mcafee breaks a story because his buddy told him a scoop that's completely acceptable and normal.

    i will make a caveat though - i dont actually read Dianna's articles - i only follow her on twitter - so i dont know what type of journalism she does exactly. if she is doing investigative journalism or making serious hit pieces on vrabel's enemies then yea, that's compromised. but i think she just does reporting news and stuff?

    i can admit that maybe i'm making a straw man argument because she hasn't been cancelled yet but if this is heading where it seems to be heading... pitch forks out and getting fired from The Athletic.... i don't agree with it.

    i'm not opposed to the memes and her getting dragged on twitter i just dont think she should lose her career over it. if u think she deserves to be fired because she has lost all credibility, i disagree.
