Let me play devils advocate here and say that he acknowledged in the same breath his support for equality. So the quote is being pushed without full context. One can assume, even with the full video out, it’s being digested as such as well. Still, The issue here is, and this seems to be a “thing” amongst white people, is that he wants it done on his terms.
