having a HOF QB for a long time consecutively doesn't mean you have a dynasty like the niners had. dynasties start higher than the QB (well maybe not so much in the pre-free agency era, but definitely now)

I understand winning a Super Bowl isn’t easy even if you’ve got a HOF caliber QB on your franchise but when you spend at least 2 decades with 2 back to back, as evidenced by the only other team in relatively “recent” history that I can think of that went through the same thing, one would think your chances of winning more increase exponentially.
