Syndergaard was showing signs last season that he was fed up with the organization last season and he was getting put up on the trade block the same way Porzingis was for airing out his frustration with the team.

On top of that using Pete Alonso and the Mets is a trash example because, despite trash ownership and questionable coaching, the Mets have still had much more success as a sports team than the Knicks this decade. Mets actually have a good team/roster that are on an upswing. The Knicks do not.

I was just using hypothetical with the Mets, we know they've been better than the Knicks have this decade.

Stanton/Marlins would've been a better example. But who's to say? Stanton said he wanted to stay with the Marlins which is why he signed the big contract despite them losing every year. They were a team full of young guys who were promising, as are we. We just need proper coaching.
