Future Nostalgia?
There are disco elements on there (same with Renaissance) but I’d say overall that’s more dance pop
What disco albums are in the mainstream rn
You should listen to What's Your Pleasure by Jessie Ware if you haven't heard it yet, pure disco through and through

Yea ive heard it i was just tryna see what albums he was referring to
None, but disco falls under the dance umbrella, and dance music has been very popular in the mainstream since the start of the decade
So you think that Tyler is going to make a Disco album based off the title?

thats the closest thing to a mainstream modern disco album imo

Not solely.
Also because 70s black music has been a big influence on his career, and because dance music is very hot in music right now
Dance is definitely steaming to be the go to sound of this decade. It’s kind of like how post 9/11 2000s had dance music like crunk, alt pop, and techno takeover which bled into the mainstream eventually. Same thing is happening now due to COVID and the demand for upbeat/fun music and 2022 showed that direction.
If T wants to be on the radio, all he needs is one dope dance cut on the album since it’s his natural taste + it’s what is demanded right now. I think this will be his time to really get a huge single

Yeah between house, synth-pop, EDM, garage, jersey club, and even more I think it’s definitely looking like dance music will be the defining sound of the 2020s

I guess, but I don't think it's going to be like that.
Most likely, I feel like he's heading towards this beat direction

I hope @Mitchell gets a spot in CFG this year ✨

I see a dude like Fred Again producing for a heavy hitter eventually and that will be a potential album of the decade tbh I just don’t know who it would be
