FreightThat’s fake and I’ll tell you why.
The first is the obvious…bots.
But the second reason is that the Return YouTube Dislike extension doesn’t actually show the total number of people that have disliked the video. What it does is it takes the data it gets from its own users and extrapolates the data based on the public video like count. But the things is that the dislike count for this particular video has become such a meme that people download the extension specifically to see and dislike just this video, massively skewing the data.
So if there was a targeted campaign by Drake fans to download the extension and like the video rather than dislike it, you could actually get the dislike number to drop because the ratio would change…which obviously makes no sense.
