You are being a prisoner of the moment. All the Kendrick songs doing well are tied to Drake somehow. Drake has been the most hated musician on the internet since at least 2018. People were eager for him to respond to Kendrick because they'd already made up their mind that Kendrick had won a potential beef, regardless of how Drake handled himself. You can just tell by how disingenuous people are being in how they're judging things.

You have people from multiple fanbases right now supporting Kendrick simply to spite Drake. It's not out of love for Kendrick. It's to try to stick it to Drake because they think it'll knock him down a peg.

In reality, it won't. He will be fine. This moment, just like any other, will pass. And then we'll see how much people support the Kendrick music that isn't tied to Drake.

Anyone who goes at Drake gets automatic support. We saw it when Joe Budden and even Pusha T went at him. How much more Kendrick, who is one of the biggest rap artists in the world? None of this is surprising so I don't know why people are running with this like it's the end of Drake.
