This is unrelated and not trying to compare Drake to Kobe, but I remember how people used to hate on Kobe for silly reasons instead of just appreciating greatness while they could still see it. When he retired in 2016, it dawned on those people that they'd never get to see him play again and people started regretting all the mean things they said to him and the fact that they didn't appreciate him enough. Grown men were crying because they'd never get to see Kobe again. This was years before he passed away.

Same thing is happening with Drake now and how all people can do is criticize or find a way to undermine all he's done instead of just appreciating what he's given and still gives to the game. It's sad but people generally don't appreciate what they have till it's gone.
