prolly not as crazy as 4e. I’m actually looking at a 9.5 2E on eBay. Will prolly cop this week (hopefully someone doesn’t swoop on it) and return my 4e.

the diff between 4e vs d width def isn’t that noticeable if you arent comparing them side by side so 2E is prolly even less noticeable

edit: when I first got the 4e I was hella optimistic about them on here but after sitting w them for a month I’m realizing I prolly was lying to myself because it was the only size I could find and I’ve wanted them so bad that I was convincing myself that they were ok even tho they feel in between a half and full size bigger than a 9.5d

I wouldn’t still be looking for a pair In a smaller width if I was truly satisfied w the 4e. Thank god I let em sit in the box so I can get a full refund

Don't have any personal experience with em but what makes you say that?

For me personally finding shoes in my size is a headache as it is

I'm theoretically an 8 in any shoe, yet 7.5 in AF1s (still crease, 7s fit but i have to wear thin socks and loosen the laces like s*** to even get into them)

8 in 990s is too tight, need thinner socks/looser lacing, 8.5 has suited me better (got the Haven V5s) but there's still room in the toebox

Materials scuff dumb quick and the suede uppers are a pain in the ass because the nap is brushed in like 8 different directions so it always looks off to me

When I tried 990v5 for the first time in my usual size I had to size up a whole size for them to fit, s***'s weird man. And yeah, you ain't gona find any 992s in uk, they're sold out everywhere (unless you want the black pair).

i have no idea about all that, personally never have a problem with width so I'm just looking for standard.

edit: THe ones in the photo don’t look like 990 V5s (atleast not to me) what I meant is that the market is sorely lacking nice v5 CWs. NB seems to be focused on every silhouette except the v5, collaboration wise atleast.
