Gonna be a lotta people’s first time ever hearing this project, or now they’ll be able to listen to it on a regular basis now that it’s in their streaming libraries

Nah most people just don’t have the time or they don’t care enough to do all that.
That’s a big reason artists don’t pop by way of SoundCloud anymore. If your music isn’t easily accessible through people’s Apple Music/Spotify libraries then they aren’t gonna go through the trouble of tracking it down via other services to listen to it

yeah i just mean artists are adjusting to the way music is being consumed therefore the quality of music is becoming worse.
