It's funny how many issues with the writing could be solved by just getting rid of characters when they should have, instead of keeping them around and awkwardly shoehorning in things for them to do

Hopper has grown to be my most hated character in this show

Literally a caricature of a person, it's as if Arbour has negotiated in his netflix contract that he has to do hyper-masculine "tough-guy" s*** every episode despite just being a fat cop from a rural american town

Just watched first episode of season 4... saw a lot of ppl claim it was slow and boring, but I really enjoyed it

I agree but I think the reason why they "needed" to was because Vecna breaks each limb before he makes them go blind so they kinda had to if they want Max to be blind

It's a shame too because Will is 100x a better actor than Mike

The Duffer Brothers def knew what they were doing when they did that zoom in to El's feet when she was taking off her socks

Technically they showed him "dying" but the way he did was basically the same way he'd pass out from a big nut bust so I could totally see him surviving

When they showed the angle the pizza van was driving away I legit thought that they were gonna run his body over LOL

Mike would actually be the perfect character to kill off if the show had balls. It would be such good motivation for El and Nancy to kick ass. But I was thinking… This show wants to be comedic and romantic. If they were to actually kill off a long-running cast member it would inevitably f*** with the tone.
