I still don’t understand why they got in a car crash

i think it was to make the Byrde family feel the whole “don’t know what ya got till it’s gone” trope. as in like everyone — including Jonah — realized like holy s\*\*\* we almost died and i’m holding this grudge against my mom, when in reality I actually love her and would be devastated if she died

or do you mean like overall you thought it was pointless even after the fact? cause if it’s that then yeah I kinda felt underwhelmed especially with it being a whole mystery entering the season

don't get your hopes up when you make it to the last season

it's just stupid and silly to me. also doesn't help that I had to wait between part 1 and 2 in the last season. should have binged it from beginning to end one shot. just my opinion tho.
