Nah his start is the most interesting part of Kanye himself, you're more interested about your favourite part of his discography., A music documentary is what you want perhaps.
As someone who has been in awe since the College Dropout came out, him playing all falls down in Roc office was so surreal. I mean we've had stories about them dismissing him but having evidence of it is crazy. How do you dismiss Jesus Walks and All Falls Down?. His self-belief and hardwork are equally as impressive as his talent.
For me by the time Dark Fantasy came out I already new he was one the best of all time, even though he impressed me with Dark Fantasy and wowed me with Yeezus, it wasn't surprising I expected it.
Facts
Even the fact Coodie dropped his whole life to move to NY and make a documentary on an aspiring rapper is mad interesting to me. And inspirational considering he ends up selling that doc for like 20mil or whatever it was and here we are
S*** crazy

Yeah the vision was Krystal Klear so to speak. You then wonder if there was ever a duo like Kanye and Coodie out there who never made it.
watching this s***, it is wild as f*** dude had a documentary as a struggling rapper. Like if Kanye doesn't blow this might the most epic documentary of a failed rapper ever.
also seeing Just Blaze and Talib Kweli in the first 20 minutes is sad after all the BS ye said on Drink Champs.
Don’t know why Ye wanted Drake narrating this. It wouldn’t have worked.
The most successful Ye stan
it would have worked imo
Is this the same as the one that leaked around a month ago ? Any updates ?
So if drake did narrate it, would he have spoken from the perspective of coodie or would he have said ‘coodie grew up in __ and did __’ etc
Would’ve changed the whole vibe and narrative. Like large parts of the script would’ve had to be changed

🎯
So easy to see how kanyes unrelenting belief in himself came to be when u see how his mom treated him
"I'm trying to get to the point where I can drop the last name off my name". Man definitely does everything he says he is going to do.
being from jersey seeing kanye struggle in newark is such goated footage
he just like me fr

Im in the stan wagon since 2005 , and his first five albums are definitely my favourites , im just saying that the most intersting part of his career was around the death of his mother.
And those footages of all falls down you mentioned are great , made me feel the same way.
The blade runner shirt out in times square
The Black panther tee someone had on too was fire.
But yeah dope seeing he a long time fan of Blade runner

Would’ve changed the whole vibe and narrative. Like large parts of the script would’ve had to be changed
Would’ve had to be a whole different documentary
My problems with the doc so far :
1. Stupid beginning with him mumbling
some trash song somewhere in 2020
2. Coodie talking about his life , like who tf
cares
3. Some boring and unnecessary raw
footage
4. I dont think the public is going to fuc wit it
its too raw for a mainstream
documentary
Ohh and the fact that this doc is only about his early carreer is kinda sad , his most interesting stuff are from 808 to yeezus.
Im gonna love it anyway cause its ye , but non fans are going to skip it for sure
Feel like there may be a last minute edit with that intro because I was reading a review where they say he kinda goes off the rails in the first few minutes and coodie talks about turning camera off and not wanting to film it but I don’t remember seeing it
Yall itt talking about “Coodie needs to shut up about his life” are ignorant af
God forbid the man that gave us this doc gives us 10 mins of background on how he got to even be in that position of filming Ye
100%, last 2 pages are some of the most braindead s*** I read on ktt and that's saying much
