Mentioned this in a few threads before but once a year I book a Bay Area festival centered around indie artists in rock, electronic, experimental etc. not locals but acts with 100k - 1 million monthly listeners, I’ve previously worked with Umru, Los Thuthanaka, Lowertown, Midrift, DJ_Dave, CFCF, j to name a few. I fund it myself, and have grown it to about 600 attendees atm 3 years in

I always try to think outside the box with who I book that’s up and coming, but that’s been a lot harder since i would use Last.fm for recs and all of my mutual friends accounts over there have gone dark due to connectivity issues. There’s a lot of trial and error in being a promoter and let’s just say you learn that you can’t have a lineup be just your favorite artists to succeed

KTT2 put me onto 454, Thirteendegrees, and a plethora of other cutting edge musicians. So figured I’d might as well ask for some help in curating this and hey, when all is said and done when it debuts next summer I can get tickets on the dl cheap/gl for anyone who assists.

Preferably rec artists with under half a million !!! I’m still a wagie I can’t get like fakemink or sum one like that
