Ohio State is ranked #1 right now based solely off of resume - they're the only team in the country with two top 10 wins. Most teams don't even have two ranked wins yet (Michigan doesn't even have one)

In a normal year I think both Michigan and Ohio State would be locks if they finished with one loss or less. This year, with the Pac 12 being a legitimate threat, that's much less likely. How could you justify leaving out a one-loss Pac 12 champ (Washington or Oregon) for the loser of The Game?

There are still so many variables at play here... does Georgia stay in if they go undefeated in the regular season but lose to Alabama in the SECCG? We know Alabama would be in in that scenario. Where does that leave FSU? Or the Big 12 champ? I truly believe we won't see any non-champs in this year's playoff. FSU losing would obviously mess that up though

The only problem I have with Marvin Harrison Jr winning the Heisman is that when DeVonta won it, he had 117 rec, 1856 yards, and 24 TD in 13 games. MHJ isn't going to come close to any of those stats

My client used to work for the Oklahoman paper as a beat writer. I showed him my Michigan spy Halloween costume and he was telling me of the days when Skip graduated college and tried to join them. Apparently while my client was working there, Franks Boggs caught wind from Texas’ DKR that OU was sending a spy to their practices. The spy once closed the girls bathroom to work on the roof and was taking Polaroids wearing a painter’s costume. They never did anything to OU and the story apparently died.
