Briles needs to be gone. We returned almost everyone on offense except for Burks, but arguably got deeper with depth during the offseason at the position. The personnel decisions this year have been questionable and head scratching. A player gets a hot hand then goes M.I.A. for the next several offensive series. We telegraph trick plays by trotting out Malik at receiver. If Loggains is here on an OC in waiting terms, fire Briles now and let him run the offense during the bowl. That way you know what you got.

On Defense, Odom at least has the excuse of injuries, Brooks and Foucha portaling, and the turn over from last year. Outside of Michael Scherer, who seems to be the only one doing his job, the entire defensive staff needs to go. We chose to go cheap when replacing assistants this year and it showed.

This team lacks leadership and a sense of urgency. We have too many people walking or jogging around during plays.
