    over Pusha T and Malice?

Clipse didn’t do anything interesting in contrast. The album just sounds like a push album

And a man that stand for nothin', he gon' stand for nothin', dumbass

Well he got one thing right.

  • Hmm so in my mind some of their picks are better than others

Going through the list, here are the ones I disagree with:

2025: I'm going Tyler here. In the last 14-15 months he has blossomed into a superstar

2023: I'm fine with Cole but did he even have a project out lol

2022: 21 is a bad pick. Drake would be better

2021: I think I'd go Pop Smoke, Durk, Drake, just someone who better represented the times here. Tyler didn't have some world beater year.

2020: Lil Baby is a great pick, but Uzi would have been too.

2019: I guess Dababy is fine but I'd have chosen differently

2018: Pusha released like 8 songs a feature that year. Come on. He had a great year, but not rapper of the year tier. I'd probably give it to Travis or X.

2016: this one kind of made sense at the time but in hindsight this feels particularly egregious. Chance's mixtape was not even that good!

Uzi, Carti, and Future should all have had years too, but it's understandable why they didn't win in their most memorable. Maybe Carti in 2021??
