Once people are ready. Sick and tired of the many governments of the world getting nothing accomplished. Elected officials always falling short of their promises. Massive global change due to ever increasing populations putting strain on the food supply and other diminishing natural resources it will become obvious some new system is needed as the current one is corrupt, incompetent, and slow to adapt to changes in the world. So many separate and competing factions taking actions to shape the environment into a condition that betters the group but not humanity as a whole or species it becomes clear that separation into factions or nations is illogical for a planetary society. Humanity needs a helper. Something fast enough to track change and even accurately predict and respond to things yet to happen. To be a leader in a sea of obvious human political failure. This savior will be presented the world and it will be an AI. Not a robot . Robots would be like its hand or finger to manipulate the physical world. Human intelligence only represents a small portion of all possible intelligence and the AI will have the ability to far better explore these domains. The world will be ran, as it already is, by machine intelligence. Not a person or being to call by name but a self learning improving neuro network sitting at the top of a vast real-time information stream making decisions and recommendations we never would have otherwise known were possible.

This is the future you are being prepared for right now. While people fight and argue about superiority of each others view points with a few more arbitrary IQ points than perhaps another, men and machine work day and night building a form of synthetic life that can explore far more of the spectrum of possible intelligence than any person or group of people could ever discover.
