Nothing wrong with setting goals for yourself as long as they are realistic
5 year plan is kinda dumb tho. Should focus on days, weeks, months at a time. Maybe up to a year but smaller checkpoints are more attainable and u don’t always feel like a failure climbing towards a huge lifetime achievement type goal
