Byron Scott started as an assistant coach and debuted as a head coach of a team that went 31-51 before him and that didnt get any major acquisition
Fisher debuted as a head coach on a team that went 37-45 the previous season and that didn’t get any major acquisition
Kidd is white
Jackson debuted as a head coach on a team that went 36-46 the previous season and no major acquisition yhat summer
