U not understanding that whatever else goes on, protests should still be allowed because if you create a precedent like that then the second an ideology u dont like gets in power, they’re gonna use that to silence dissent lol and you’re gonna cry about it pretty simple

No one should be arrested bc they were trying to organize a peaceful protest against state legislation, thats some scary ass s*** there

And its pretty easy to make the BLM connection. U think that the police should arrest protest organizers, then what do you think they should do with BLM protests organizers?

Uhhh i never once said anyone should be arrested for anything. I just said it’s ludicrous to tell people they can’t maintain their jobs, businesses, relationships or daily lives yet it’s somehow okay if people do it in the name of protesting. The cause or reason behind the protest has nothing to do with that

I agree it’s a dangerous precedent to arrest people for the sake of protesting social injustices but i also feel it’s a dangerous precedent to rob people of their livelihoods for the same exact reason (a virus in this case)
