I wanna see some examples of that cuz for the most part off my head it seems like players shooting generally stays in the same tier as when they come in. Kidd is probably the only example I can think of but that happened after his prime. All I think of is the MKG and Evan Turner's that everyone said would be elite once they develop it and the s*** never happens.
