I hear this argument but for every Heat team, we have an example of a treadmill team lol.
Plus Miami benefits from people actually wanting to live there.
The jump from Adebao, the quarantine jump from Herro, Duncan Robinson being good, Jae Crowder somehow finding his shot, etc.
All that s*** has so much luck involved it’s hard to call it some recipe.

Hard to create a winning culture when you're tanking all the time. The kids get used to losing/don't learn how to win in the league.
