I’ve been playing flight simulator a lot this past month, it seems really enjoyable but so scary lol

There were so many layers to unpack this season it isnt funny

One thing I find interesting and not necessarily coincidental, seen no one discussing

The opening lines to Wake Me Up Inside are "How can you see into my eyes like open doors?" This brought back after episode 3 is obviously humorous, but midway through the airport performance we get the zoom in to his eyes that everyone has pointed out is a callback to the test. I mean how appropriate of a lyric for what could be considered the theme song of this season.

One last thought that I hope you guys will indulge me in

I don't find the fact that Nathan Fielder faked having passengers on board any less impressive in relation to the point he was trying to prove. Whether they were on the plane the first time or the second, he landed it and could've with them on it. Then look at the fact he took a five minute detour to show personal childhood footage of his background in magic and him going to Vegas to watch an act, shortly before the ending at that. It feels to me as a giant wink, especially in the specific placement of the edit, that what was coming next was essentially sleight of hand with the populated air craft.

This season flew over my head or something.

Shoutout to him becoming a pilot to bring the ideas to life, tho.

  • The way he made so much seem up in the air when it came to the safeness of things was so funny

Denying to see the autism results

Those shots from the back up camera-plane have to be some of the craziest shots ever captured on a reality based irl show.

Had that other pilot shook too

    Reckless

But that’s what they do shooting movies I was thinking. ?

yeah that’s one of the best seasons of television I’ll likely ever witness

I'm pretty sure it's confirmed that he did actually do it with the passengers; it just wasn't the first time he flew a 737.

My head cannon will be they did do a flight with passengers then did a second flight with the film crew plane to get some action shots and didn't have any crew on that one

this seems to be the case

    I don’t get it.
I don’t get why you all think the last episode was 10/10.
I don’t think I get what the point of this season was.
And I don’t believe he flew the plane

He may have its just the first flight log site they found had the passengers they listed to the FAA as 0, plus the windows not showing passengers. You never know what to believe and theres quite a bit pointing to it being passengerless during his flight. Its just easier to take Nathan's word on everything and we all want to. Insurance would be a MOTHERFUCKER tho.
