Thatās the point they not getting
They nitpicking about Hitboy not being they cup of tea and completely disregarding the fact that Nas blessed us with 6 albums of him rapping his ass off from 2020 - present
How could you feel like you real and not respect that work ethic, the longevity, and the consistency of Nas pen this late in his career?
Anyone talking down on these projects are nerds (not the intelligent kind) and lames and not cut from the type of cloth that this type of music represents anyway so they opinions irrelevant
Nah no nitpicking here, Hit-Boy is a boring ass producer

What do you want Nas to rap on? He wouldnāt sound this good on some overly flashy or experimental stuff. Hit Boy isnāt amazing as a beat maker but he brought something out of Nas and the projects arenāt boring, Nas is the focus and Hit Boy just plays his role. Heās diverse even if heās a little generic, he gives Nas enough different vibes.
Like dude said, the hit boy hate gives nerd vibes. Whoever you would rather produce Nas wouldnāt be better

Wouldāve loved if Nas wouldāve shared the wealth with a lot of the great producers out there, both young and old, instead of focusing solo on Hit-boy.
damn was low key hoping for some more features, i feel like thru did it best on KD1 in terms of mixing old and new and showing love to the new generation

Like who? It wouldnāt have been good, there wasnāt any wealth to share until Hit Boy helped Nas get back to himself, Nas was absolutely washed and Hit Boy brought him back to life

Nah that was the low point tbh. Features on 1 and 2 were the weakest parts
not sure what it is specifically but this imo is the best nas has sounded in decades

just vocally or mix wise i love how they captured his voice. not super compressed, sounds super loose. i hope we get more of that
The tracklist for Magic 3 looks dope. I'm also glad there's not a whole bunch of features on it, that it's mainly just Nas doing his thing. I'm sure Nas and Hit-Boy are going to go out with a bang, considering that this will be their final project.
