babypaulbpzy if I had a word to describe the work I would call it “Legacy” music.
it may not get 1 million streams within a day.
it may not get TikTok trended right away.
but it gets respected and valued over time.
it gets discovered years later and once you listen you go WoW 🤩 that was dope.
and you listen again, and again.

that’s what AZ and I do when we work together on music.
A’ is among the most respected lyricists from NYC since the 90’s era which is why a body of work from him still has anticipation.

I for one don’t get the flowers often for the work I put in over the years, but that’s cool.
the album plaques and Grammy award recognition reminds me that someone GETS IT.
that’s what really matters to me when it’s all said and done and you see the credits roll.
