Man I’ll never forget this…. It was my first listen of GKMC and I was completely floored. Kendrick had been my favorite rapper since Section .80 and he was absolutely murdering EVERYTHING leading up to the album so the hype was astronomical. The 2010s generation was definitely bringing the fire but no one had dropped that unanimous classic album that could stand toe to toe with previous generations yet. When the main part of GKMC finished i couldn’t believe what I had just heard. A rapper from the new generation actually delivered an undeniable classic, comparable to our generations Illmatic. Then the bonus tracks came and I heard this gem for the first time:

Mannn… I was overwhelmed with emotion and pride for our generation 🥲 and I was so proud of Kendrick. At the time I wanted to be a rapper to and I was familiar with the level of hard work, dedication, and sacrifice that it took. Now or Never was the ultimate we made it song. Still gives me good vibes till this day

People say AI is bad when you can spit out BBL Drizzy in less time than it takes to cook up a Hot Pocket
not a song from either of these guys that I actively listen to could conjure that reaction lol
Let's be real OP, I like Do Not Disturb too, but it's the same Drake slop that wouldn't hit like it does without that beat. The real MVP is Allegra MD or whatever her name is
Let's be real OP, I like Auntie Diaries too, but it's the same Kendrick Lamar slop that wouldn't hit like it does without that beat. The real MVP is Baby Keem or whatever his name is
Drake: Can’t really cry to his generic R&B cuts but I really felt You & The 6 at a certain age
Kendrick:
Count Me Out
Mother I Sober
only two songs i've ever cried to. his pain because it was hitting emotionally on a long drive. 2b1s because of how good it is and the powerfully triumphant nature of it

Never cried to any but I get the feeling of ecstasy whenever I listen to the real her and money trees
