@op you will want to read your lease agreement and see if there is any covid related policies in the agreement. To me this sounds like an illegal eviction, which means you may even be able to break your lease with your landlord without consequence AND you could probably still take him to court over whatever month's rent since he is basically illegally kicking you out.

He can't do s*** then. He may move to end your tenancy however if he's that mad about it, but he would have to give you a 30 day notice before he can even attempt to begin the eviction process.

Evictions require 30 days notice at least in most states. You can't just tell someone to leave and expect them to be gone that day.
